These are the overall forum rules. Individual subforums may have additional rules -- check the stickies. These rules are also not exhaustive! If you're doing something wildly inappropriate but not necessarily covered here, your friendly neighborhood modmins will probably step in. Use common sense and you'll do fine.
- Be friendly. Be polite and respect others.
- Keep it clean. NSFW content is not allowed on this forum, mostly for the continued mental wellbeing of your modmins. Cursing is fine, but please try to be judicious in how it's used.
- No bigotry. This should hopefully be the easiest rule to follow -- just don't be racist/misogynist/homophobic/transphobic/etc, don't use slurs, and listen when other users have concerns about something you've posted.
- Don't be a dick. Don't try to lawyer your way out of one or more provisions of these rules.
This forum is a no creep zone! All forumites (and minors especially) have a right to participate in our community without harassment or other unsafe & uncomfortable situations. Additionally, the modmins have a zero-tolerance policy regarding romantic/sexual behavior by adults directed at minors. We treat reports about such behavior very seriously.
Feel free to disengage with any discussion if you feel uncomfortable, and please let a modmin you trust know if you feel unsafe. This applies even to interactions you might have had with another user outside of this site -- we want to make sure that you can feel safe here.
